#76 Try for me

I just came back home and wanted to pixel Ide. Normally I have to force myself to sit down and work. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but it's rarely easy nonetheless. I told you hundreds of times how lazy I am.

But this one just came. It's not perfect or something outstanding, but it's here. Maybe if I make enough of those silly works, they will start becoming better too?

Once again, starting with eyes. They are just so simple to make and can set a tone for the rest of the pixel. Those are definitely not my best, but this whole work is kind of a speed drawing rather than a high-quality one.

Setting everything up is much easier when I have the solid point in eyes.

It's another day of trying to give Ide a new haircut. This looks cute, but I changed it later. Maybe I will come back to it?

Somehow, no matter how hard I try, she always ends up with almost the same hairstyle. I'm sorry, Ide!

Also, I got so lost with the light.

Because it does not have to look sophisticated, I ended up using a checkerboard pattern. I love how it looks, and it's so satisfying to do.

Maybe I will start giving her hair more color? Like instead of small strips, every part will be a different one.

And just like that. Quick. Simple and super fun. Also, she turned out pretty cute.

I don't have too much to say here. Have fun, you have one life, and it's only yours. It would be sad to lose it trying to please somebody else.
