#53.1 Small and silly

This was supposed to be another doom post with typical whining, but this little piece brought me so much joy that I just can't stop smiling.

So yea, this is my first "project", I think giving them numbers in this pattern has the most sense, but everyone will have a different title. I still don't know what parts of them I should write about: only art parts? Every step?

I guess I will just roll with whatever I will find interesting, it's not like I have a plan for anything I'm doing anyway...

So, this is my first "big" (I know, it's not very big, but we have to start somewhere) project, a custom cursor. This is just a first imagine, to test the idea.

If anyone wonders, I'm using 32x32 canvas and turning PNGs into cursors using RealWorld Cursor Editor.

The art itself is very simple, but I plan on animating it and adding more variety for different functions.

It's always the same: eyes for proportions and to have reference point, simple face and stain of hair.

I don't really know what more to say, it's the same as always, shading and light line.

A little more shading and colored the cursor, nothing special. The real hustle will be with animating.

Anyway, it's a shorter post, but I had such a hard time starting this whole thing. But don't worry, every step matters, every try and every silly mistake. So don't give up!
